These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Real Recovery, a mobile massage therapy business operating in the United Kingdom. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

We provide mobile sports massage therapy services tailored to individual client needs. All sessions are conducted professionally and in accordance with applicable health and safety regulations.

3. Booking and Cancellation

- Appointments can be booked via our website using the Physiodiary booking system.
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee up to the full cost of the session.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date medical information via the Physiodiary platform before sessions. Failure to disclose relevant health conditions may result in refusal of service. Clients are required to wear appropriate clothing that allows safe and respectful access to the areas of the body being treated during massage sessions. Shorts and loose-fitting, comfortable garments are required. This ensures the effectiveness of the treatment and helps maintain professional boundaries. If appropriate attire is not worn, the therapist may adapt the treatment or, in some cases, postpone the session for health and safety reasons.

5. Therapist Responsibilities

We commit to providing services in a safe, professional, and respectful manner. We reserve the right to refuse service in the event of inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or unsafe conditions.

6. Payment Terms

Payment must be made at the time of booking prior to the session. Online payment are accepted through stripe.

7. Health and Safety

All clients must ensure a clean, safe space is available for the massage session. Therapists may cancel the session if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

8. Liability

We are not liable for any injury or adverse reaction unless caused by negligence on our part. Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant health information prior to treatment.

9. Privacy

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website notice.

11. Governing Law
